Returns and quality issues

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please email lee@istayteam.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

Once the issue is confirmed, we will arrange a free replacement or a refund to your original payment method. Please keep the item and its packaging while we review your request.

Please contact us before sending any item back. If a return is required, the appropriate return address and instructions will be provided individually by email after your request is reviewed.

Please check the product measurements before ordering and contact us if you need help choosing a size. This policy does not limit any mandatory consumer rights that apply to your purchase.
